| Introducing "Just Like Home" Boarding and Pet Sitting! We are conveniently located just 30 miles NW of Fort Worth and 30 short minutes west of the Keller/Southlake/Colleyville area. We live on 5 beautifully treed acres. It's worth the drive out here! Who is Boarding and Pet Sitting for? Any dogs and puppies at least 8 weeks old who are current on vaccinations and preventative veterinary care and are not aggressive. Any small animals with cages; rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, rats, mice, snakes, birds, etc. We will also consider goats, chickens or any other critters you need care for on an as needed basis. How does it work? You drop your critter off at our house and we do the rest! You bring their crate or cage, food and toys with them. They live with us in our climate controlled house until you return. We are a home-school family and are home with our little charges 24-7. They are carefully watched over and protected while at our home. They are loved and treated like family, staying in our kitchen and living areas with us. If you would prefer your small animal not be handled, that's okay too! Space is very limited, especially around holidays! We only accept a small number of pets at any given time. This is because they live with us in our home while they stay with us. How much is it? It's very affordable! Our daily fees are as follows: Boarding for dogs and puppies 15 weeks of age and older (30 pounds or less): $15 per night or portion thereof Boarding for puppies 8-14 weeks of age (30 pounds or less): $17 per night or portion thereof Large dogs and puppies (31 pounds or more): $25 per night or portion thereof Boarding for critters: $5 per night or portion thereof What type of experience do we have? We have owned and operated a family run kennel for 10 years. We raise Miniature Schnauzer and Puggle puppies. We have 20 years of pet ownership experience and are home each and everyday with our pets, dogs and puppies. We currently have a multitude of dogs and puppies, both pets and rescues that we work to re-home, 2 parakeets, 2 guinea pigs, 2 turtles, 2 rabbits, 2 ponies, 3 pygmy goats and a bunch of chickens. Jesi has worked in the pet industry in some way for over 20 years. She was pre-vet in college and worked in pet shelters and shadowed vets on a regular basis. Want more info?
